Week 8: The art of ignoring b*s*.

The things you thought weren’t bullshit, are actually bullshit.

For a civilization that is at a point where no one seems to have time for anything, we for sure spend too much time on bullshit.

What is bullshit?

Simple, it’s:

· Taking people that don’t serve any value I our lives seriously

· Think too much about what He/she/they said.

· Not excepting that things and people are just like that and we can not change it.

· Thinking about things we cannot change.

· Talking too much.

The 3 step to filter out all the bullshit is:

Step 1: Know what it is that you truly want in life

Step 2: Figure out how you can get there

Step 3: Cut out anything that doesn’t get you to you destination

Congratulations, you have officially figured out that the things you thought weren’t bullshit, are actually bullshit.

When you cut out the bullshit,

· Focus levels increase

· Discipline gets easier

· You hit your targets faster

· You will be automatically ahead of you competition

· Obstacles won’t feel like a burden. They will feel like a way to level up

One of the biggest thing you will get from cutting out the bullshit is peace of mind.

· You won’t be concerning yourself with said or did what.

· Negativity won’t have much of an impact on you.

Thank you for reading the Diary.

Hope you found great value from this.

Let me if anything didn’t go your way.

See you in the next one.
