Week 14: Seduction: Good vs Bad

Ethical Seduction. What is it and how to do it.

iMprovement Diaries

The material in this Diary is based on the knowledge shared by Robert Greene and his book, The art of seduction

To my shallow knowledge, Seduction isn’t always a bad thing. Or as toxic as you may think.

Look at seduction as a concept with two components. Ethical seduction and unethical seduction. Chances are you encountered one or both types in your life.

What is ethical seduction?

For the sake of simplicity, ethical seduction is a form of seduction that doesn’t only benefit one party.

In many cases it is done with some form of consent. Even if the person being seduced is not aware, the seducer will not do or say anything that will cause harm not to the seduced.

What is unethical seduction?

This is to a certain point, the same thing as manipulation. Which means it will only benefit the seducer.

Psychological rewiring can occur. The victim could fall in love with the seducer thus making it very easy for the seducer to use them as a tool to get whatever they want. There is a slim chance the person will be the same after that because seduction goes very deep into the beliefs and values of the victim that returning to their old self is very difficult.

There is another type called the Anti-seducer.

This is someone that has no seductive ability. This person does things that don’t pull people in. Some of their qualities is being Peachy and Moralizing (constantly highlighting what’s right and wrong).

How to be seductive.

These are the thing you need to do/keep in mind if you want to be more seductive:

- Be generous with yourself.

- Time

- Money

- Spirit (be open)

- No internal monologue

- Be outer directed

- Listen to them (Let them tell you what they want).

Being more seductive is something that can be done overnight. It takes time and practice. Remember to, Not hold on. Be vulnerable. Eliminate your ego.

Thank you so much Robert Greene and your wisdom.

Thank you for reading the Diary.

See you in the next one.
