The 7 habits of highly effective people is a book I am currently reading and here’s what hit me hard and had me contemplating for days.
The butterfly effect in our daily lives.
It all starts small and then matures into something that seems to be too big to fix.
Invest enough time in identifying those little habits and act on fixing/changing them the moment they come to light.

The only person you should be worried about disappointing is your future self. Here’s a fun fact for you to digest.
Your future self exists but also doesn’t exist at the same time. What I mean by that is that You have multiple versions of yourself that exist in the future and the actions you take now brings that version of you to light.
